SOME TYPICAL ITINERARIES

One day corporate event

Welcome on board with coffee and rolls

Safety briefing and outline of general programme

Allocate initial crew and team roles

Introductory sail

Lunch provided on board or ashore as required

Afternoon programme planned according to the strengths and preferences of the crew - short race round the cans where applicable.

Sail back to Ocean Village for debriefing,post-sail drinks and prizegiving to complete the day's events

Weekend Event

Welcome on board with coffee and rolls

Safety briefing and outline of general programme

Sail training with marina techniques

Lunch provided on board or ashore as required

Training on navigation, spinnaker use, rules of the road, helming etc. - sail out past the Needles

Visit Yarmouth or Lymington for an overnight stop - sleep on board. Supper and nightlife ashore.

Sunday cruising and training or join in a Solent race round the cans. Lunch ashore.

  • MEC Sail can supply champagne, wine and beer as required

  • Final numbers should be notified in writing 5 working days before the function date.  This is the number that will be taken for billing.

  • Menus are subject to change without prior notification
