MEC Sail provide a skippered charter service whereby a professional skipper takes complete responsibility for the safety of the yacht and those aboard her.
No experience is needed, your skipper will teach you all you need to know. It’s a great way to learn or brush up as training will be provided to whatever level required and with RYA certification in mind.

We are completely flexible on the period of the booking. Some people may wish to day sail, others take a weekend or even a 4 to 5-day midweek break.
Our boats are located at Ocean Village Marina, Southampton which offers good parking, new shower facilities, bars and restaurants in the marina and instant access to Southampton Water and The Solent.
Your professional skippers will act as your guide to the boat and local waters. They enjoy showing people new places and letting them into their secrets — about sailing, the best places to eat, swim – you name it.
